1. Who we are
The Tea Stall app is provided by BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. to help tea stall owners, office staff, and delivery personnel manage orders, deliveries, payments, and reports.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, mobile number, role, and business details you provide at registration.
- Business data you enter: orders, menus, payments, delivery records, and reports.
- Device information: device identifiers and push notification tokens to deliver order alerts.
- Technical data: basic logs required to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use your information
- To authenticate you using your mobile number and one-time passwords (OTP) sent via WhatsApp/SMS.
- To operate order, delivery, and payment features for your stall or office.
- To send operational notifications about orders and deliveries.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Business records you create are visible within your stall/office network in BillTrace. We share data only where required by law.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on the web at account deletion.
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal login details and disables your login. Business transaction records (orders, payments, reports) linked to your stall or office are retained for legal and accounting purposes.
